Subscription Terms and Conditions
You may subscribe to one, or multiple subscriptions each set for different products and shipment intervals. You may set your subscription for shipment for 1, 2, 3 or 4 month intervals. Your subscription(s) may include multiple products or only one product.
When you subscribe to a subscription, you will receive a discount of 50% off the then Ethocyn Skincare quoted retail price for your first purchase of each product. A single vial as well as a combination kit are each considered a single product. Thereafter, you will receive a 20% discount off the then quoted Ethocyn Skincare retail price for each product shipped under each your subscription(s). You will not be permitted to apply any further discounts, coupons or rewards points towards your purchases in connection with your subscription(s). Price increases on Ethocyn Skincare Products for subscriptions are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree that each subscription you establish shall obligate you to pay for a minimum of three scheduled shipped orders per subscription prior to your cancellation of that subscription. After the initial three orders are shipped, you may cancel any or all your subscriptions by complying with our cancellation policy. Although you cannot cancel a subscription until three shipments have been made and paid for pursuant to the subscription, you may add a product to a subscription at any time by contacting an Ethocyn Skincare customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-384-6296 (ETHOCYN).
Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit or debit card will be charged automatically, without further authorization from you, for the subscription products and applicable taxes and shipping charges for each shipment until you cancel your subscription.
All changes or cancellations must be made by you on our website, www.shopethocyn.com no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date for the subject subscription.
You may return a product included in the first shipment of a subscription for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. In order to get the full refund and a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the product, you must email us at email@example.com notifying us of your election to return the product, and also return the product within 10 days of your receipt of the return shipping label.
In the event that you elect to return a product and it is not your first purchase of that product, you must send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return and your reason for the return within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment containing the product and return the product within 10 days of your receipt of the return shipping label.
